Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DEALNEST E COMMERCE SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of a service agreement or project by providing a written notice to us via email at info@dealnestecommerce.com. The cancellation will be effective upon receipt and acknowledgement of the notice.

• Retainer Services: For ongoing retainer services, a notice period of 30 days is typically required unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• One-time Projects: Cancellation of one-time projects may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the work already completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

• If a service has not yet commenced and full payment has been made, a full refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.
• If work has commenced, we will calculate the billable hours and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. Any balance remaining from the advance payment will be refunded. If the work done exceeds the advance payment, the client will be liable to pay the difference.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
