Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@dealnestecommerce.com or call +91 63537 90877.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
• Full refund will be processed for cancelled orders

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong product delivered
• Product does not match description

Non-returnable items: Opened cosmetics, used products, and items without original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@dealnestecommerce.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Send photos if product is damaged or defective
4. Pack the product securely in original packaging
5. Ship the product to our return address (provided after approval)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refund timeline: 7-10 business days after product inspection
• Refund will be credited to original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for our errors)
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective/wrong products)

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage/defect
• We will arrange pickup at no additional cost
• Full refund or replacement will be provided

7. Refund for Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 5-7 additional business days.
